Personal limits

You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, losses and wagers. A lower limit applies at once. A higher limit applies only after you confirm it by e-mail and the previous limit of the same type has expired. Crypto deposits cannot always be limited, so a non-crypto payment method works best if you want a strict deposit limit.

Cooling-off

You can take a cooling-off break of one week, or of one, three or six months. While it runs, fiat deposits are closed and promotional offers stop, and you can still withdraw the money left in your account.

Self-exclusion

Self-exclusion can run for half a year, nine months, a full year or with no end date. Your account is disabled at once and promotional offers stop for the period you choose.

Protecting minors
